As a team leader IT system administration (m/w/d) at our location in Flensburg, you take a key role in the strategic development and smooth IT operation of our entire IT infrastructure. You carry your team and actively shape our technological future. Strategic planning & infrastructure management: you are responsible for planning, implementing and supporting our hardware and software landscape in IT system administration. You develop our IT infrastructure (servers, networks, PCs, printers, telephone systems) in a future-oriented manner. IT integration & Group commitment: You actively accompany the technical integration of our IT systems and processes in the context of the company merger into the Siemens Group and ensure compatibility and connection. User support & System maintenance: You ensure efficient user support for hardware and software problems so that our employees can work smoothly. Data security & documentation: Data security through regular backups and precise documentation of the IT landscape are your core tasks. Future-oriented IT design: You drive the adaptation and further development of our IT systems and cloud solutions and implement innovative solutions proactively. Cybersecurity & Compliance: As a key contact for cyber security, you implement security standards and data protection requirements to optimally protect our IT environment. M365 expertise & further development: You are responsible for the administration and development of our Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, focusing on security, team collaboration and SharePoint.

For this exciting role as team leader IT system administration in Flensburg, we are looking for a technically experienced personality who enjoys leading a team and celebrates success together. Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist:in system integration) or studies in computer science/economic information technology. Alternatively, you convince with comparable qualifications and proven expertise in IT system administration. Detectionally well-founded knowledge and practical skills in IT system administration and ideally already first leadership experience or coordination of IT teams/projects. Ready to manage and coordinate daily IT operations and system applications. Secure prioritisation and delegation of tasks as well as consistent target tracking. Ability to actively promote the development of your team members through coaching and performance management, and to lead specialist and expert teams as team leader. View for optimization and motivation to actively introduce proposals for process improvement and further development of the technical infrastructure. Understanding economic relations and readiness to budget planning in compliance with internal guidelines. Precise and timely reporting to the management is of course for you. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for international communication. Structured, conscientious and solution-oriented mode of operation, even in challenging situations.
