This is how your area of responsibility looks:

• Creating work contracts, contract changes and certificates
• Editing inquiries on personnel topics for employees and Managers
• Creating statistics, evaluations and overviews for the Staff management
• Check and improve personnel management processes
• Participation in personnel projects, e.g. occupational safety or Personnel development

Take this with you:

• Completed commercial training e.g. as a merchant for office management (m/w/d), Industrial Manager (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Groß- und

(m/w/d) or specialist (m/w/d)

• Professional experience as a personnel officer (m/w/d) or comparable positions in theHR range desirable
• Knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law desirable
• Experience with MS-Office of advantage
