Number: MER00049TW Within the Mercedes-Benz interior development, our department is responsible for the development and securing of future and future-oriented equipment of all Mercedes-Benz cars. Our development activities focus on panel parts that meet customer requirements regarding luxury, comfort and sustainability. The central aim is to ensure the highest customer benefit, taking into account safety, quality, value, costs and weight. In the team Interior/Equipment & Testing we are responsible for the design, technical development and realization of trim parts for Mercedes-Benz SUV vehicles. We support the development from the first idea to the standard maturity and work closely with internal specialist areas as well as external partners. These challenges include: Support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of tests and tests in the vehicle interior Support and coordination of pool vehicles for development and testing purposes Support in the documentation, evaluation and preparation of test results Creation of Letters, Decision Documents and Management Presentations Support in the organisation and follow-up of development activities Close cooperation with various disciplines along the development process Participation in the preparation of workshops, appointments and decision-making The activity can begin from January 2027.
