• You will check and decide building pre-requests and construction applications in a simplified procedure. § 64 BauO NRW and in the normal procedure according to § 65 BauO NRW incl. large special buildings acc. § 50 BauO NRW.
• They independently carry out construction monitoring and construction state inspections in complex construction projects.
• They conduct consulting talks with builders, designers and other persons involved in the process.
• They carry out the use of “flying buildings” according to § 78 BauO NRW such as tents, stages, rides, etc.
• With your activity in the county office, you have the opportunity to actively co-develop life in the Oberberg district and ensure that buildings and construction facilities are built according to the building regulations and are safely usable.

This will bring you with

• They have completed engineering studies (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in the field of civil engineering, architecture, construction engineering, construction (construction) or a comparable discipline.
• Alternatively, you are a state-recognized/recognized construction technician (m/w/d) with professional experience.
• They are able to carry out independent search for the current legal legal legal basis.
