The University Gastronomy of the Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe is a professional service area with a focus on student placement. We operate three menses and eleven cafeterias at the locations Karlsruhe and Pforzheim. Over 18,000 demanding guests visit our facilities daily. For the Mensa Am Adenauerring in Karlsruhe we are looking for a leadership personality as the next possible date

in full time (39.5 hours per week).

Technical and disciplinary management of the areas in the Mensa Am Adenauerring Responsibility for operational kitchen management from the preparation of the menu, preparation and presentation to the issue of food Ensuring a smooth operation under hygienic, qualitative and economic aspects Control and monitoring of administrative processes Disposition of goods, calculation, inventory and ordering in the goods management system Active cooperation in various projects and working groups Planning and implementation of actions, speciality weeks and events
