Leadership and development of your team: You guide our cleaning forces professionally and disciplinaryly. To do this, you offer regular trainings and feedback talks to support their development optimally Use planning and efficiency: You create and coordinate the application plans for your cleaning team. How to ensure smooth running and maximum efficiency Quality Assurance: Regular quality controls are carried out to guarantee our high cleaning standards and promote continuous improvements Customer communication: As a direct contact person on site, you are there for our customers to ensure smooth cooperation and to address their concerns. You also take the receipt and processing of customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction at any time Administration and Organization: You make sure that all relevant information for monthly wage billing is collected and prepared on time and without errors. In addition, you are responsible for the material management so that there are always enough tools and equipment available Safety and hygiene: You are responsible for compliance with all relevant safety regulations and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment

You are: Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in building cleaning or a related area. You have experience in personnel responsibility, including the leadership and motivation of teams. You have already gained practical experience in our industry and are familiar with our market environment. German in Word and Writing (C1/C2) Microsoft 365 Application Knowledge (Word, Excel) driving licence class (B)
