Creation of assortment & product line plans to achieve the Schiesser DTC sales & profitability targets in e-commerce & retail Collection of feedback on the product range In-Season Bestseller Management, Definition of the DTC Key Collection & Recommendations for Visual Merchandising Active restructuring of the DTC range based on operational, market & product requirements Keeping & Optimizing Productivity of Individual Options Working with Visual Merchandising to optimize the “Furnitures counts” & Defining the max/min capacity of a POS for optimal sales growth In-Season Product Recommendations & Support Trade Marketing Activities in All Channels Tactical design of the retail & e-commerce range taking into account the brand & product perspective and commerciality

Training in textile retailing &/or studying in BWL Experience & expertise in the retail market & its insights A safe handling of KPI's, sales plans, shop sentiment, etc. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing A strong brand, product & design affinity Good IT skills preferably in Movex, Hiltes, BI, as well as in all Microsoft Office applications Communication skills and joy in team and cooperation
