Take responsibility. People lead. Design quality. As a domestic management, you are the central interface for the domestic processes in our facility. You lead your team with clarity and appreciation, keep an overview and continuously develop our services. Team leader: guide, motivate and coordinate our domestic employees. Organize processes: You plan personnel deployments, schedules and workflows and ensure a smooth daily routine. Ensure quality: you have our quality standards in mind and develop processes together with your team. Use design space: You bring their own ideas and actively develop the household sector. Take responsibility: you have the responsibility for your budget and keep costs and resources in mind. Procurement organize: you take care of orders and procurements and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time. You work closely with the institution management and the other areas of our senior center. Their area of responsibility includes kitchen, laundry, cleaning, reception, service and home technology.

You don’t have to be able to do everything – it’s important to us that you take responsibility, take people and make things happy. A completed training as a domestic worker, business manager or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in the field of agriculture. Experiences in old aid are advantageous, but no prerequisite. Professional competence and ideally experience in employee management. Organizational design and a structured, independent working.
