Independent management and control of demanding projects in the field of electrical installation, electrical engineering and building technology Coordination of employees and resources used as well as technical support of the team in ongoing project business Supporting existing customers and technical coordination with ongoing and new projects Costing and supply creation for own projects and cooperation with internal specialists in complex projects Control of project progress, dates, costs and economic indicators Coordination and control of subcontractors and ensuring high-quality and reliable project execution Step-by-step takeover of additional leadership and organisational tasks at the site

completed training in electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics technician for energy and building technology or an electrical installer, ideally with further training as an electric master or state-tested technician for electrical engineering; alternatively a study of electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in the project management of electrical engineering, ideally in the field of electrical installation, energy and building technology or electrical engineering building equipment Extensive practical proximity as well as professional sovereignty in handling technicians, customers and project partners Experience in costing, offering and economic project management as well as good commercial understanding Good knowledge of relevant regulations and technical standards, in particular DIN/VDE and VOB If the registration requirements are present as a concession holder or willingness and professional suitability to acquire them Entrepreneurial thinking, enforcement, driving licence class B and joy in taking on additional responsibility for leadership in the future
