In order to increase the productivity of the production and thus to continue to ensure the economic success, a standing machine inverter (m/w/d) in the sense of a responsible machine specialist is sought at the next possible time. As part of your activity, the focus is on optimizing the machine during ongoing operation, even, and precisely when working in boundary areas of the machine design. In our invitation to tender, we address both standing machine mechanic and mechatronics (m/w/d) as well as experienced service technicians (m/w/d) from mechanical engineering, who have previously been active in the field of external services, and want to bring their knowledge and problem solving skills to a firm company. Roughing and adjustment of complex semi-automatic winding folding machines and a dual servo fully automatic CNC punching machine with tool ID system Optimize punching and forming processes on eccentric and hydraulic presses Monitoring and maintenance of tool management Machine optimisation to reduce setup costs and increase productivity Participation in the implementation of projects – from the prototype phase to series production Introduction and introduction of employees
