Pedagogical leadership (m/w/d) in a special housing of integration aid (full-time/part-time)

We are an institution of integration aid specializing in the support and support of mentally ill adult people. Our goal is to enable our residents to live a self-determined life in a secure and supportive environment. We are looking for a motivated and experienced educational leadership that strengthens our team and develops the quality of our work.

Your tasks:*

• Management and support of the team - Coordination of participation planning (PIT)
• Development and implementation of individual participation plans for our residents in cooperation with the team organisation of team meetings and training
• Ensuring pedagogical quality and compliance with standards
• Cooperation with members, professionals and external institutions
• Technical representation of the institution in bodies and working groups
• Participation in the conceptual development of the institution and the offers

Your profile:*

• Complete study of social work, education or comparable qualification
• Possibly multiannual experience in working with mentally ill people, ideally in integration aid and in participation planning
• Leadership experience and team skills empathy, communication strength and an appreciation attitude
• Ability to reflect and constructive cooperation in the team
• Knowledge of documentation and quality management

• The place can be occupied in parttime and full time between 19.5 hours and 39 hours per week
