You take responsibility for several branches in your region – from employee management to sales development. You guide, coach and motivate your teams and branch lines – you can also pack yourself in. You have a look at the key figures, analyze them and implement measures to ensure that your region is running around. You make sure that our standards are complied with in quality, service and hygiene – with a smile and clear statement. You are the link between management and branches – and you bring both sides to a denominator. You are in close cooperation with the HR department and the personnel disposition to optimally coordinate deployment plans and resources.

Complete training such as the trader/wife in retail, wholesale and foreign trade, industrial businessman/wife, trader, businessman or a degree in the field of BWL, sales, trade management or food management. You already have experience in managing branches or teams – ideally in bakery or retail – and understand how to lead and develop people. You'll be able to inspire store leaders and their teams, take them along and give them security. You are present, give clear feedback and promote open communication. You can not only read key figures, but interpret them and translate them into clear measures. Your goal: increase sales, optimize operations and get the best out of every branch. You have a good feeling for people, you know strengths and weaknesses and you can adjust to different characters. You are reliable, trade independent and keep your region together – always looking at quality, service and satisfied customers. With Class B driving license, you are on the move and close to your branches and teams.
