Continuous study of BWL, Public Management or Personnel Management and a similar course Interest and enthusiasm for personnel topics Empathy and joy in dealing with people A good written and oral expression Team spirit, organisational skills and a structured way of working Flexibility, reliability and a friendly, service-oriented attitude Openness to new topics and tasks The willingness to co-operatively support our pedagogical experts in everyday life
