You continuously develop our digital customer processes and tools (e.g. CRM systems, back office solutions or our chatbot) - with a focus on automation, usability and efficiency You identify potentials for the use of AI and develop innovative use cases together with our specialist areas - from ChatGPT applications to process optimization You accompany the implementation of new features and products - from the requirement definition to the coordination with IT and stakeholders to the Go-live You analyze relevant data, guide concrete action recommendations and implement targeted measures with performance tracking via dashboards and reports You actively participate in the development and prioritization of the team roadmap and work closely with all relevant specialist departments

You have a successfully completed university degree with business and/or IT-technical focus (e.g. BWL, WiWi, Business Informatics) You could already gain first practical experience in product management or in the digital environment You work analytical and structured, tackle challenges in a solution-oriented manner and resolutely implement tasks You bring a strong hands-on mentality and have fun with agile teamwork as well as with various disciplines You have knowledge of German in word and writing and can also communicate very well in English
