Psychologist (m/w/d), full-time, unlimited.

At our location in Bargteheide, you will take on consulting tasks with the focus on education and family advice. In addition, parents and families will advise you on child-related issues in the context of separation and divorce as well as – as required – also in the context of couple advice or advice in challenging life situations. You work with children, adolescents and parents in individual and group settings, provide crisis intervention and, if necessary, involve the social environment and relevant specialist bodies. You advise pedagogical professionals and parents in daycare centers and support questions on development, education and family dynamics. You develop and guide group offers for children, young people or parents and bring their own specialist focus. You will personally advise on site and digitally as part of our online consultation. You participate in the social area networking work, participate in preventive offers (e.g. parental evenings in kitas and schools) and support the public work of the consultancy. You actively contribute to team development processes and contribute to the conceptual development of our consulting services.

You have a completed master's or graduate degree in psychology, as well as an additional consulting qualification, ideally with a family-therapeutic or systemic focus, or the willingness to complete a corresponding further education. An additional training in a therapeutic method, preferably in the field of child and youth psychotherapy, is desirable. You bring experience in child and youth assistance as well as advice from children, young people, couples and families with diverse questions. You are sure to conduct consultations both personally and digitally (online consultation). You like to work in the team, take active action and enjoy the further development of professional concepts in consulting work. You are open to new approaches, reflect your actions and bring the willingness to continue and further education.
