Tasks

Booking of business incidents: recording input and output invoices, bank transactions and cash flows. -Content vote: Voting debitor, creditor and property accounts and clarifying differences. -Annual financial preparation: cooperation with monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and tax returns. -Controls: Creation and delivery of sales tax pre-registrations and declarations. -Reporting: Creation of financial reports and support for cash flow prognoses. -Optimization of processes: participation in the improvement of accounting processes and software introductions. -Communication: Contact with tax advisors, examiners and authorities. -Archiving: Proper storage and archiving of accounting documents.

Requirements profile

Completed commercial training or comparable financial/ accounting degree -Professional experience in financial accounting with a focus on debitors -Funded knowledge in the application of accounting software (e.g. SAP, DATEV) -Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel -Structured and independent operation -Teamability and good communication skills -Good German knowledge of Word and Scripture
