Receivables Management Clerk (m/f/d)

Then you are right with us because your tasks are: You enter the dunning procedure both in writing and by telephone until termination, check, for example, debt settlement plans, take care cases and handle the administrative tasks arising therefrom. You take both the processing of the general correspondence and communication with lawyers and other external opponents. These include insolvency claims and correspondence with the Schufa. Together with our customers, we are looking for solutions for the future. An intensive exchange with your colleagues is important for your job. At the same time, you learn a lot about the fascinating world of credit business where everything is related to everything.

Must-have: A certain affinity for calling and dealing with various IT systems is of course for you. You are a team player and take the needs of our customers seriously. You bring some toughness in case-handling and ambition to achieve your common goals together with the team. You can work in a concentrated way and get active as a personality. Especially in dealing with our customers, excellent knowledge of German, both in word and in writing, is of course for you. If you are open to new things and flexible with regard to your working time (between 8 – 6 pm at a 37.5 hours week), we would like to meet you. Nice-to-have: It would be an advantage if you already brought a prior knowledge of the Mahnwesen area. Pre-experience in dealing with customers would be great, but is not absolutely necessary.
