You are someone who loves structure, likes to take responsibility and enjoys doing things clean and reliable. Numbers, data and processes do not scare you, on the contrary: You find it fulfilling when processes work smoothly and everything has its order. With your attention to detail, your hands-on mentality and your open way, you contribute to further building and professionally designing our accounting

Examination & collection of invoice entries: You check incoming invoices both in terms of content and form and collect them correctly in our ERP system. Maintenance of creditor master data: You set supplier master batches, update them and ensure a clean data quality. Collection & monitoring of invoice releases: You collect releases according to internal release regulations and monitor the entire release process. Configuration & booking: After the release has been made, you can make and book the invoices properly. wastewater treatment: You are the central contact person for internal and external queries and you process clarifications based on solutions. Archiving & Documentation: You archive invoices and documents according to legal requirements and ensure a structured deposit.

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification. First experience in accounting or creditor accounting is desirable. Careful, structured and reliable operation. Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office. Team spirit, communication skills and joy in clear processes.
