• Maintenance of urban property (maintenance, inspection, repair and improvement)
• Implementation of craft activities, in particular in the fields of electrical, locksmithery, sanitary or carpentry
• Handling individual service and individual orders and regularly recurring maintenance and inspection work
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and traffic safety on land and buildings – incl. Winter service and smaller gardening
• Implementation of closing services as well as care and control of closing systems
• Support for changeovers, smaller transport and moving work
• Installation and installation of small parts and equipment
• Coordination, instruction, monitoring and acceptance of services of external companies – including traceability

This is your profile For activity you need

• A successfully completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, carpenter, carpenter/wife, locksmith/in, GWS-Installateur/in, Metallbauer/in or Elektriker/in (w/m/d), or a comparable craft training with a clear reference to the tasks in the field of facility management
• Ready to wear service clothing
• Class B licence
• The willingness to work on Saturdays, alternating shifts on a day under the week and a fixed weekday

In addition, you have

• Handicraft skill
• A basic understanding of the various areas of domestic engineering
• Ideally multi-year professional experience in facility or building management
• An efficient, careful and independent way of working
• Physical suitability for longer walking distances, climbing stairs as well as lifting and carrying heavy loads; also for work on head and on ladders, treads and scaffolding
• A pronounced service and service orientation as well as binding forms of handling
• Secure handling of PC (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and mobile devices
• Ready to participate in training measures
