Telephone consulting and customer support, e.g. to our online offers Procurement and management EDV-Stammdatenanlage (contracting facility) Maintenance of digitized customer records Processing of complaints Creating evaluations Internal, cross-departmental communication as an interface to the customer Continuous observation of the price and product policy of market participants in e-commerce Cooperation in pricing and implementation of price adjustments

You have completed a commercial vocational training You have contemporary computer skills You show a high degree of commitment and self-initiative and have strong communication skills You are also characterized by reliability and good organizational skills
