Senior Attending Physician in Laboratory Medicine (m/f/d)

We are looking for a high-performance clinic in the Stuttgart area at the closest possible time for a leading physician (m/w/d) for laboratory medicine in full or part time.

The position offers you the opportunity to take responsibility in a modern, site-wide institute and actively shape the further development of laboratory medical structures. In addition to a wide range of diagnostics, a responsible leadership task with close interdisciplinary exchange awaits you.

Your tasks:

• Representation of the Institute Management in medical, organizational and strategic issues
• Participation in multisite laboratory medical diagnostics
• Ensuring high-quality and economical laboratory care
• Validation and medical evaluation of complex laboratory findings
• Working in the fields of laboratory medicine, microbiology and transfusion medicine
• Development of diagnostic methods and optimization of workflows
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the clinical departments
• Contact person (m/w/d)
• Participation in readiness services

Your profile:

• Consultant (m/w/d)
• Multiannual experience in clinical laboratory medicine
• Ideally knowledge of microbiology and/or transfusion medicine
• Interest in leadership and strategic development of an institute
• organisational skills and structured and solution-oriented methods
• Impressed communication skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
• High level of responsibility and commitment
