For our Jugendhilfestation in Cuxhaven we are looking for a dedicated manager as Device Management (w/m/d). In this responsible role, you take over the professional and organizational leadership of a multi-professional team, control central processes of child and youth assistance and actively contribute to the further development of our offers. We look forward to applicants with experience in child and youth assistance as well as strong leadership and organisational competence.

That's the point:

• Control, coordination and professional guidance of the pedagogical staff as well as professional and organizational guidance of a multi-professional team
• Participation in the conceptual development of the youth aid station
• Control of technical hours (helps to educate and prevent) and planning and control of resources (personnel, spaces, fleet, resources)
• Coordination between outpatient, semi-stationary and preventive work and close cooperation with the ASD (PKD and EGH)
• Implementation and control of budget and finance
• Network and committee work in the South Circle, public relations
• Evaluation of case numbers, needs and performance indicators, preparation and responsibility of the annual report of the youth assistance station, preparation and presentation of reports and key figures in quarterly meetings

We wish:

• Complete study of social work / social education (B.A./M.A.) or equivalent degree
• Multiannual professional experience in child and youth assistance
• Ability to control complex social pedagogical processes and interdisciplinary and cross-subsidiary cooperation
• Communication, organizational and conflict resolution competence
• Reflectivity, resilience, commitment
• Specialized additional qualification desirable (e.g. systemic further education, multi-family work, further training on the so far experienced specialist/specialist for work with mentally ill parents)
