STOREMANAGER / FILIALLEITER THE IS OF JOB

• You represent the store manager* of your branch – with everything that belongs to it
• Together with the store manager you guide the store team – modern leadership is not a foreign word for you, your employees motivate you through attractive goals for the development of coaching and training
• Employees are recruited and optimally incorporated by you in cooperation with the branch manager
• For the success of your branch, you keep an eye on business development and take appropriate measures
• The latest trends are always shown in your branch – so you are inspired by our customers* and promote the sale
• In BackOffice you perform administrative tasks

• You are a merchant* – you have successfully completed your training
• You have first leadership experience, ideally in textile retail
• Through your authentic leadership, you will lead your team engaged and charismatic
