Reference number: 411687 Part-time 4–6 hours daily | Location: Hamburg Billbrook To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated commercial employee / a commercial employee (m/w/d) in part-time (4–6 hours a day). In this versatile position, you take over organizational tasks relating to the processing and billing of cleaning orders (tickets) that enter through our customer system. Your duties Support and processing of the accounting system Assessment of incoming tickets and forwarding to the relevant departments Maintenance and updating of Excel tables Creation and processing of performance directories Updating checklists to the performance directories Time recording and documentation as soon as tickets are completed Coordination and execution of material orders - you keep an overview of the required cleaning and consumables and ensure that everything is available in time. Communication with customers - You are in close contact with our clients, clarify questions about tickets or performance directories and ensure that all information is available correctly and completely.

Insufficient experience in commercial or organizational matters Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (forced required) Safe handling of Excel and common office programs Structured, independent and careful operation Responsibility and joy of precise, service-oriented work A completed commercial training is advantageous, but no condition
