Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Lahnau This is your job in the future • Total responsibility for CNC production including professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 30-40 employees • Ensuring efficient and smooth production processes in terms of quality, productivity and timeliness • Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes, key figures and standards, as well as cooperation on digitization and improvement projects • Analysis and evaluation of production characteristics to increase efficiency and quality • Promoting a powerful, independent team culture through clear communication and presence in production • Personal planning and development including operational planning, holiday coordination and onboarding of new employees • Responsibility for work safety, maintenance, complaint management and project-specific topics in their own field • Support for day-to-day operations (shift planning, order tracking, coordination with adjacent areas such as tool construction)
