Technical Administrator / Project Support Spare Parts Supply (IPS) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the production, processing, procurement, administration and administration of technical/logistic documents and records. You take over the guidance, control, processing, storage, output, and archiving of logistical material information (e.g.: customer-specific compilation of delivery documents). You carry out data processing and procurement processes in SAP (including necessary preparatory work). You support the customer's spare parts transfer. You manage tasks (e.g.: running lists/databases, comprehensive documentation as well as their updating: status lists, action item lists with interface partners). You participate in shaping collaboration in improvement and process topics. You take the quality check for foreign and private services.

You have a 3-year professional training and multi-year professional experience as well as special training. You have technical skills in the described tasks. Process understanding regarding the task area as well as safe handling and extensive knowledge in the IT systems MS-Office, e.g. SAP (module: MM, SD, EWM), and in other job-specific EDV systems. You have a detailed, conscientious, structured and solution-oriented way of working. You can process-oriented and structured thinking and acting. You're strong and team-ready. Finded English skills complete your profile.
