Tasks

Coordination and planning of customer visits and appointments -Supporting the sales team in preparing presentations and reports

• Processing customer requests and complaints -Pflege of customer databases and CRM systems -Sic production of compliance with sales processes and guidelines
• cooperation in the creation of sales strategies and objectives
• Participation in sales meetings and training -Working with other departments to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements profile Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

A completed commercial training or similar qualification -experience in a similar role, ideally in the FMCG industry -Start communication and organization skills -Good knowledge in MS Office and CRM systems -A solution-oriented thinking and the ability to work under pressure

Compensation package
