Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen In this unique position, you are significantly involved in supporting the implementation of the AI strategy in our QMM departments from scratch. You act as ''Digitalization-Enabler'' for AI topics (GenAI, Agentive AI..) by building knowledge about tools available at Bosch, planning the implementation of innovative ideas and accompanying the implementation of digital solutions. This role offers you the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience, deepen your skills and prepare yourself optimally for a subsequent master's degree. Knowledge Building & Enablement: Active cooperation in the design, development and production of interactive learning materials (e.g. videos, instructions) on digitization topics (preparation of best practices and implementation examples for our employees. Promoting innovation: support in identifying, researching and prioritizing relevant digitization use cases in the management and working groups. Implementation & Success Measurement: Accompanying pilot projects to implement digital solutions. Support in data collection and analysis to quantify potential savings and ROI and to establish continuous improvement processes. Communication & Coordination: You create presentations, reports and documentation and proactively introduce their own ideas for digitalization promotion.

Education: completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable course of study and concrete intention to include a master's degree Personality & Working: independent, structured, analytical thinking as well as ability to work with different departments and to communicate with stakeholders at different levels Experiences and know-how: basic knowledge in programming, basic understanding or first contact points with artificial intelligence (AI) and their potential for business processes. Enthusiasm for digitalization, AI and the implementation of innovative technologies in companies, with the motivation to test new solutions and to continuously inform themselves about trends. Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
