To strengthen our team in the field of Pricing & Access Strategy, we are looking for a (Junior) consultant (m/w/d) at our location in Berlin as soon as possible. Your duties
Strategic advice from Market Access, HE&OR and Policy Affairs / Governmental Relations departments of leading pharmaceutical companies and Emerging Biotechs Participation in the implementation of holistic drug launches in Germany and other European markets in in interdisciplinary, international cooperation deriving adequate pricing strategies by determining price corridors in market launch and assessing the competitive structure Strategic advice and support of § 130b SGB V Price negotiations Scientific analysis and evaluation of regulatory instruments and their impact in the pharmaceutical market Working with the development of concepts to ensure patient access and to optimize patient care in the outpatient and stationary areas Support in the implementation of health-economic analyses and modelling Horizon scanning of health policy developments and their impact on the drug market Participation in stakeholder engagement activities for professional dialogue, e.g. with medical specialist companies, self-government and health policy actors Support in the creation of publications, presentation and project reports
Successfully completed studies (Master/Diplom), in the areas of health economics, public health, medicine, pharmacy or a comparable qualification First professional experience desirable (e.g. as part of internships, positions in counselling, pharmaceutical companies, self-government companies, or related professional fields) Understanding the structures of the German health system and the relevant actors in the pharmaceutical market Advantageous knowledge of market access of innovative medicines Analytical thinking, structured and careful working, and a high degree of self-initiative Open-minded and communication-strong personality with team orientation and customer focus German and English language skills in word and writing
