Our experts work here on compliance, data protection, information security and revision. You control the implementation of relevant regulatory and supervisory requirements. Risks are identified and important impulses for the targeted optimization of the organization are given.

We offer you a varied and demanding activity with a lot of flexibility and great scope for action in the team of the Data Protection Support department. Your area of responsibility includes the examination and negotiation of contracts, data protection advice and the continuous improvement of the data protection management system. In detail, this includes the following activities: Independently responsible design, revision and negotiation of national and international contracts with data protection relevance Consultation and monitoring of data protection issues in the areas of contract design Legal advice on data protection issues Participation in the development and improvement of internal processes, standards, instructions and templates, e.g. for digitalization measures and projects Data protection project management, including legal advice or the creation of data protection impact assessments Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders (e.g. with the Data Protection Officer, the Information Security Officer or the Legal Ecosystem Charité) Implementation of awareness measures for different target groups and development of training materials

You have two successfully completed legal state examina Alternatively, you have a completed academic degree in law and several years of professional experience in the examination of data protection contracts and advice on data protection matters You could already gain relevant professional experience in the data protection context. Experiences in healthcare, process analysis and digitization projects are advantageous You have the ability to present complex facts briefly and concisely and have a quick understanding and willingness to work quickly into new, heterogeneous relationships. You are characterized by an independent, structured and flexible operation With your strong consulting skills as well as your above-average communication skills, you can convince with different stakeholders Your analytical skills enable you to understand data flows and processes to identify vulnerabilities and derive pragmatic, appropriate measures You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are open to regular training, new technologies or tools A high degree of initiative, willingness to take responsibility, commitment and enforcement will complete your profile
