Your tasks Support of the location in the commercial daily business General Secretariat and Organisational Tasks Takeover of special tasks of the location management Visitor reception, preparation of meetings Postal processing, supplier acceptance Telephone acceptance, appointment and travel planning Document management Minutes Creation of monthly evaluations and reporting Audit of the administrative topics of the site Optimization of processes in general administrative work at the site

Your profile Completed commercial training or comparable qualification First professional experience in an assistance function Embossed organizational skills Independent and independent work Safe occurrence, communication skills and self-initiative Reliability and discretion Very good handling of the common office applications as well as SAP
