Commercial responsibility for one or more areas in facility management Implementation, control and monitoring of the monthly financial statements and budget planning in cooperation with the object and project managers Responsible for cash management, including monitoring of open items (OP) and non-deducted services (NAL) Preparation and implementation of business review meetings with operational units Implementation of the contractual contents (depreciation, price indexing) by transparency in commercial and operational units Project and P/L analysis on target-actual comparisons as well as deriving appropriate measures for the range and/or Project optimization Continuous improvement of business processes in facility management

Completed studies or completed commercial training with corresponding training in finance/controlling Professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks ideally in industry, in facility management, in the construction or service industry Professional leadership experience and competence in mentoring employees is a plus Knowledge gained in MS Office, experiences in SAP and/or Navision of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good understanding of numbers and independentness, teamability and flexibility
