First responsibility: As part of the trainee program, you take first responsibility in customer support. Responsibility & Overview: With your sense of responsibility, you make sure that all services work smoothly and that customer satisfaction is top priority. Interface management & cooperation: You work closely with the production, fleet and technology departments to ensure a smooth service for our customers. Training & development: You receive regular training and training to prepare yourself for your role as a future leadership.

Completed studies or comparable training: You will soon complete your Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable discipline. First experiences in handling customers: You have already gained first experience in customer service or sales, for example as a dual student or student of work (m/w/d).
