You have a completed training in the real estate sector or an equivalent qualification and brings several years of professional experience. You are characterized by a pronounced customer orientation, excellent communication skills and an independent and structured way of working. You have comprehensive knowledge of rental law and profound business knowledge. You are safe in handling computer systems and have very good German knowledge in word and writing.
