Digitization, intelligent measuring systems, control and new regulatory requirements fundamentally change the energy economy and the role of customers in the energy market. In the area of customers & markets, we actively shape this transformation and create the conditions for an intelligent and controllable distribution network. In the role of Head of Divisionin Market Partner Service, you lead around 100 employees and are responsible for the future-oriented orientation of business-critical energy market processes. You are moving in the interdisciplinary field between market, metering, IT and regulation. As Head of Departmentin Market Partner Service, you combine stability and further development and shape a modern leadership team: you guide the department with a total of eight executives - including four Direct Reports - and shape organization, culture and working together with your leadership team. You work closely with your department management colleagues in Metering and customer management, but you also shape the cooperation with finance and IT. You think the processes you are responsible for end-to-end and shape them across organizational boundaries. You control the operation and further development of central energy market processes around billing, accounting, receivable management and contract building within the regulatory framework (e.g. GPKE, WiM, MPES and MaBiS). You are responsible for managing a SaaS-IT service provider, in whose system central market partner service and metering processes are implemented. You represent Stromnetz Berlin in associations, specialist bodies, authorities and as an escalation entity in the market.
