Carglass® in Germany is a specialist in the repair and rebuilding of vehicle glass. In Germany, Carglass® employs around 2,100 employees, including over 1,600 specially trained Carglass® technicians. About 250 employees work at the head office in Cologne, around 170 employees are employed at the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company operates around 1.2 million. Customer contacts per year and helps drivers throughout Germany, either in one of the 370 service centers or on the move with more than 240 mobile units. To support people, we are looking for a team of talent aquisition at the next possible time for 15-20 hours/week

You support our team in support of recruiting for our operative employees (e.g. service installers and assembly helpers) by: Supported in applicant management (sighting of applications, coordination of interviews and communication with applicants) The creation and publication of job advertisements Focusing on the further development of our recruiting processes and introducing you with your own ideas General administrative activities in HR

You are currently immaculate in a degree course in the field of economic psychology, BWL, human resources management or a comparable subject area Ideally, you have first experiences in recruiting or in the HR environment You are strong in communication, you can organize well and you are interested in the topic of human resources recovery and how this is implemented in a company In addition, you are strong in communication and are friendly and professional You are safe in handling MS Office, if necessary you bring first knowledge in a candidate management system
