They support our maintenance in the planning of projects, create and conduct Excel tables and statistical analyses They are responsible for ordering, issuing and managing work and safety clothing, managing the locker and coordinating training, general operating regulations and documentation. They are responsible for the central procurement of operating materials for the production and ordering of consumables and take over the audit of invoices

They have completed commercial vocational training, for example as an office clerk /-mann or a comparable qualification and have already gained first professional experience You are familiar with MS Office and ERP systems You are a dedicated team player and perform your tasks independently and responsibly
