with State Recognition 

• Group of charges S 14 TVöD (deficit order/VKA) –

for the duration of a medical representation.

The Social Psychiatric Service Bremerhaven is divided into a “Psychical-Kranken-Gesetz-Team” and into a team for determining needs. It is possible to use both in the “Psych-KG team” and in the team for determining needs. The activities are carried out in internal and external services in accordance with the Bremish Law on Aids and Protective Measures for Mental Diseases (Brem. PsychKG) and the Federal Dispute Act (BTHG).

The area of responsibility includes:

• psychosocial diagnosis
• advice, support, assessment and support of the environment
• Crisis intervention
• Cooperation with all existing institutions
• cooperation in bodies for the further development of the common mental supply structure and
• psychosocial demand survey in the context of measures of integration aid (including caring for housing, special housing).

Preparation for an application is:

• a completed study of the Diplom-Socialpädagogik/Diplom-Socialarbeit (FH) with state recognition
• the completion of the Social Work Programme B.A. with state recognition or
• the completion of a comparable study programme with social pedagogical content.

We require good communicative skills, identification with the tasks of public health service, acceptance of responsibility, team capacity, resilience and ability to work in constructive cooperation.

The willingness to further training and good knowledge of the application of standard software are additionally assumed.

Professional experience and qualifications in the social-psychological field are of advantage.

Moreover, experience in the field of demand determination and opinions in the context of the overall plan procedure of BTHG (HMBW, IBRP/BHP, BENi) and/or in the context of the overall plan procedure according to §§ 67, 68 SGB XII is desirable for people with special social difficulties.

The possession of a valid driving licence of class 3 or B is desirable.
