Process Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

Technical support for business-critical applications (BPA, RPA, DMS, Interfaces, M365) You are a contact person for specialist areas, colleagues and external partners with regard to supervised applications and the introduction of new technologies and services Design, design and technical development of workflows and interfaces in close coordination with the departments Implementation of workshops and training for users in the process and applications Processing and communication of changes and new functions for all users Own-sponsored implementation of (partial) projects in the stated environment Strategic development of administrated systems, interfaces and processes Close cooperation and coordination with the departments and infrastructure teams Own responsible implementation of updates, extensions and changes Coordination and control of external service providers

Completed training in the field (economic) informatics or studies with similar orientation Multiannual experience in the administration and support of applications Funded knowledge in handling document management systems or developing and implementing workflows and automation Customer-oriented thinking and proactive operation Good analytical and conceptual skills Knowledge in the M365 Technologiestack (Sharepoint, Teams, PowerAutomate) are desirable, but not necessary High initiative and the ability to control projects independently and purposefully You start with the support of the applications and then continue to work in automation You have fun working in a team and finding solutions together
