During your training, you will get to know all business processes within our company and run all training-relevant departments, such as purchasing, sales, marketing, accounting or personnel In order to facilitate entry into professional life, you will be introduced by our training officers into the various areas of activity and accompanied during your training period. After an extensive integration phase in each department, you take independent tasks and smaller cross-departmental projects On two days a week you will visit the vocational school and deepen the theoretical knowledge there Your training completes with a 6-month deployment in a department selected by you with a project work The duration of training is usually 3 years, but can be shortened to 2.5 years if possible
