You take over the technical support and optimization of our injection moulding plants in plastics production You monitor and control the production processes in injection molding to ensure quality, efficiency and plant availability You are actively introducing new technologies of plastic injection molding technology Analyze process disorders on injection moulding machines, develop solutions and advance continuous improvements You work closely with our maintenance and quality assurance teams to achieve optimal results together

You have a successfully completed vocational training on plastic and rubber technologists (m/w/d) Next, you have retrained yourself as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) You bring well-founded knowledge of plastic production – ideally in injection moulding technology You work structured, think analytically and find practical solutions for complex challenges You are a team player (m/w/d) with your own initiative and have the pleasure of actively shaping processes
