The Wittstock & Partner tax consultant mbB, based in Kronberg im Taunus, is a young tax advisor's office, which has emerged from an established firm and an established client base with a team that has been introduced for many years.

Our vision is to advise the institutions, medium-sized and family-owned companies in the region, but also nationally based institutions, as well as individuals at a high professional level. You are responsible for the creation and audit of tax returns and tax balances for our clients in the Group environment. As a central contact person, Mandant advises you:inside and represent their interests sovereignly with the financial authorities. You accompany and control demanding audits and develop proactive fiscal defence strategies. You actively contribute to the digitization of our consulting processes and bring your ideas to the optimization of the workflows. Developing in close cooperation with the team You provide holistic tax solutions and share your expertise.

You have successfully completed your training as a tax advisor (m/w/d) and have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. In dealing with MS Office, you are versed and ideally already have experience in digital control consulting or a strong interest in optimizing processes. An independent, structured way of working as well as reliability and team spirit are the key features. You communicate safely in German, both in writing and oral.

Remuneration & Precaution: You will receive an attractive, performance-oriented salary, optionally a corporate car and an above-average occupational pension. Flexibility & Homeoffice: We offer flexible working hours through sliding time and the possibility to work at home office for up to 5 days a week. Holidays: You will have 24 days of holiday available, which will grow to 31-32 days a year through business holidays between Christmas and New Year and bridge days. Development: You will receive a structured integration with a mentor on your side and we will support you in training, e.g. as a specialist consultant.
