Your profile

• completed training as a specialist in computer sciences, computer sciences, PC and network specialists, IT customer service, IT system electronics, service technician IT, information electronics or comparable training or Professional experience in IT
• Second Level Support Experiences, Remote and Onsite
• Experience in eliminating hardware and software
• detailed knowledge of Microsoft Client applications support
• Knowledge of networks and client server infrastructures
• Class B driving licence
• good knowledge of German and English

Your duties

• Software and operating system installation
• Disturb remote and onsite
• Repair processing on desktops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones and mobile hand scanners
• Installation and initial configuration of desktops, notebooks, tablets and mobile handheld scanners
• Support for removals (IT components removal and construction)
• personal user support in the Service Point
• Create and maintain technical documentation
