As a Turn Key / Line Manager Monteur (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma.

They take over the worldwide commissioning and setting of the machines in the line network of pharmaceutical new customer facilities at the Schwäbisch Hall site as well as at our customers in Germany and abroad. They accompany the customer professionally and support him until the filling and closing systems go into production. You are responsible for a smooth transfer to the service. They are in total line responsibility and guarantee this, by monitoring, controlling and organizing the complete assembly process of our machines. This allows you to successfully maintain appointments. They are involved in the optimization of processes and act as the first contact person for the machine-based technicians to develop solutions together. Your tasks include guiding turn key lines at the FAT at our location and SAT at our customers worldwide. In addition, you take over the project documentation, the regular project status report and the customer assignment in the machines. They have completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic or comparable training from the metalworking industry. In addition, you will ideally bring a further education to the master or technician. They are motivated to bear responsibility and bring a long-standing experience in the assembly of filling and closing systems, including at least five years in the industry. For plant and machine operations with our customers, you will bring a worldwide readiness to travel. You can safely use your good knowledge of German and English in communication with customers and in the main work in Schwäbisch Hall.
