You take over the construction and management of the new team Power Inverter Secondary Technology (TSD) and continuously develop/qualify your employees. You create technical guidelines with your team and promote the standardization in the field of secondary technology for power converter systems (e.g. HGÜ converters, STATCOM etc.). You and your team support the development and optimization of processes in power converter projects (AC and DC). They plan the team resources and provide them for the processing of AC/DC projects. They represent the interests of TransnetBW to external partners (for example in national or international bodies). With your team, you support the processing and answering of technical questions on the subject of secondary power converters in each project phase and coordinate the internal orders with the process participants.

You have a completed university degree (Diplom/Master or Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering/Energy Engineering or Physics – Alternatively, you bring a comparable qualification obtained through years of professional practice. They have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant area of a network operator, as far as possible with insights into the project team management or personnel management. They have well-founded knowledge of secondary technology and project management. They are pragmatic, solution-oriented and feature an independent and structured way of working, self-initiative and commitment. They master the German and English language well in word and writing.
