the “Director and Technical Supervision Bundesbau NRW” (w/m/d) The construction and property company NRW is owner, landlord and operator of almost all properties of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Bundesbau Bundesbau is one of the most exciting areas of work in the entire construction industry. The Bundesbau in the BLB NRW is planning and building comparable to a large project management office, e.g. educational institutions and colleges of applied sciences, administrative buildings, air-weapons, NATO airfields or special buildings of the federal police. As part of our team, you will develop state-of-the-art, exceptional and unique projects in NRW.

You are responsible for consulting the management department in all relevant management and specialist topics of the business unit as well as in the field of specialist supervision of Bundesbau You support the planning of strategically relevant projects, in particular in the areas of strategy, operational further development and organisation, and independently undertake project management tasks You research and obtain relevant information and data on management topics, create or prepare evaluations/reports and thus provide a sound basis for decisions of the management department You actively maintain contacts with important stakeholders and work closely with other business areas You create policy templates, speeches and presentations for business management You take over the preparation and follow-up of meetings, meetings and workshops and ensure the consistent follow-up of decisions and resolutions

You have a successfully completed university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering (Building), Industrial Engineering, Supply Technology TGA, Economics or You have career skills or successfully completed career examination for category 2.1 .

Further requirements: Ideally, you will bring first professional experience in federal construction or in a comparable teaching activity with You are characterized by a high motivation to acquire and/or further expand their skills. You are convinced by target orientation and flexibility with changing framework conditions A self-confident and sovereign occurrence, address-oriented communication and joy of cross-departmental cooperation are of course for you You provide certain knowledge of German language which corresponds at least to the level of language C1 (flowing in word and writing). You have the willingness to participate in a safety review “Ü1 to Ü3” under the Security Review Act NRW and are entitled to conduct a service ticket (guide certificate class B) Your profile is rounded off by your networked thinking and acting skills as well as a routined handling of the common Microsoft Office products
