You analyse complaints using common methods such as Ishikawa or 5-Why and support the specialist areas in determining causes of errors. You moderate and document complaint meetings and contribute to the development of suitable depositing measures. In addition, monitor the implementation of the agreed measures and check their effectiveness. You maintain complaints in the SAP ERP system and ensure the timely processing and compliance with customer-side requirements and throughput times within the framework of the 8D reports. As a contact person, you agree to 8D reports technically with our customers in German and English. In addition, you participate in complaint-related customer meetings and work with customer-specific quality improvement programs.

You have completed vocational training in a metalworking profession and ideally bring about approximately five years of professional experience. Experience in complaint processing as well as knowledge of common quality methods and 8D systematics are advantageous. Knowledge of how to handle SAP, in particular in the QM module, as well as good MS Office knowledge, is safe to use. An independent, structured and responsible way of working as well as pronounced communication and problem-solving capabilities are featured. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
