Guest Relations Agent (m/f/d)

As part of this position, you are responsible for the perfect preparation and individual care of our guests during the stay at the BUDERSAND Hotel. In addition, you are always available to our guests as a competent contact person for questions and wishes. Your extended task also includes the support of the Guest Relation Manager in the support of special projects, as well as the independent processing of operational and administrative department-specific tasks. As a member of our Front of the House team, you will be able to assist you in the daily activities at the hotel reception, such as Check In & Check Out and the personal service at the guest.

You have successfully completed your training as a hotel specialist or hotel specialist and have already gained first experience in hotel reception and guest care. You work in a targeted manner, with the well-being of the guests and employees being top priority. You are the host of passion - communication-friendly, open-minded and your passion for the island will be yours. Very good ways of handling, safe appearance and a well-kept outer appearance round off your profile. We require a high level of German and good English knowledge as well as knowledge of the common hotel software applications.
