In acute emergency situations, you collect the problems holistically, identify support needs and bind the affected person to suitable assistance and support offers Your task is to process and control complex cases across several legal circles. A completed study in the field of public management or a degree as a graduate administrator or in the field of social education/social sciences or a comparable educational degree Intensified understanding of work approaches and needs for action in working with clients in existential crises Cross-working capacity for networked and cooperative work Consultancy and moderation skills as well as knowledge in conflict management The ability to respond promptly to requests and to write facts Experiences especially in the fields of administration and case management and good legal knowledge in the field of SGB II and SGB XII are desirable
