You are the technical contact (m/w/d) for all IT-related activities, enquiries or problems that affect the location both in the business and in the process environment. You can handle the administration of the local server landscape (Windows server, virtual environment) and support the local network (switches, WLAN, VLAN, firewalls) and the system architecture at the location. You take the technical and administrative management of computers, user and access rights in accordance with internal guidelines and manage and monitor the location's hardware and software including the purchase. You are responsible for the first and second level support for software and hardware as well as preventive maintenance for the business systems and applications used in Hildesheim. You care and monitor the back-up and recovery processes and are always up to date regarding new work requirements and technical developments. You carry out assigned IT tasks independently and work with department-internal initiatives within the framework of predefined processes and standards.

A successfully completed at least three-year training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist [m/w/d] system integration) or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage and security; This includes, among others, Windows client and server operating systems / Active Directory, Group Policy / Networking (VLANs, NAT, Cisco IPT, VMWare, Printers, IOS & Android) / Virtualization Very good knowledge of English, team skills and communication skills complete your profile
